I made an account on Olymp trade and as soon as I made a profit, they blocked my account stating very absurd reasons and on top of that they seized my initial funds as well, which has put me in a really difficult position.
I have tried contacting the support but they were very unhelpful and didn’t consider my case and said you violated our terms and we have seized all your funds. They are not even explaining what I have violated and I have explained them my situation as well but they haven’t considered anything and nor are telling me any way to retrieve my funds.
I will be highly grateful if you squeeze my funds out of them and my profit as well to put me out of my misery. Furthermore, I have mailed them several times, but they keep saying we apologies for this inconvenience but we have to seize your funds.
I believe they are scamming me, seeing how helpless a customer can be they are taking advantage of this situation and deceiving people. I am really furious with their service and scamming people like this once they start making profits.
Please help me thank you.
