One Plus – Mobile repair

Hi,

I am Rishabh Mishra, My device one plus 8 pro with IMEI number 865139041106014 is damaged through liquid and not powering on therefore I visited service center of one plus(Aggarwal Cyber Plaza 1, Unit -127- 134 ,Plot no. C-4, 5, 6 , First Floor, near bittu tikki, Netaji Subhash Place, Pitam Pura, New Delhi, Delhi 110034) and submitted my device for repair with reference number 1RQUMY8DWQ4M on 30th Sep 2021 in morning 11:30 am. Its almost 7 days that the status is same token released, No engineer is yet assigned to look into it that what is not working. In now a days everyone is working from home and mobile is very essential part, I use my mobile for authenticate purpose and use it to login my office work/laptop. I am not working from last 7 days and its impacting my work a lot.

Please get it repaired as soon as possible as service guy told me that it will take less than 4 days to get it repaired. I contacted service center more than 1000 times and also one plus customer care(attached screenshot) but no one is taking any action and I am still seeing my mobile status on token release mode. Please take any strict action against service center so that I can able to get my mobile back as soon as possible.
