I placed an online order on hkmalls.in website to order a computer chair in 14th Feb 2022. Price for the chair shown on the site was 999 Rs/- which was deducted from my account. hkmalls site used Paytm to deduct the money. I have received order number 60503 but there is not further communication like tracking ID etc from the site. I raised for cancelling the order but there is no response from hkmalls.in on the same. kindly help me in this case to get my money back and ban this site so that other will not get cheated.
