I booked a ticket from Tuticorin to Bangalore on 4th April 2020. For travel date of 15th April 2020 I paid in full. Due to evolving COVID 19 crisis I cancelled my travel on 14th April 2020.
I rquested to orange bus tours and travels to refund the my money back still I didn’t got refund…kindly look into this
