BEWARE – A Complete Scam! After being lured in by their deceptive paid reviews and misleading YouTube videos, I made the grave mistake of ordering a Samsung S21 costing 27k from OVANTICA. What followed can only be described as a nightmare.
Firstly, the delivery took an excruciating 15 days, setting off alarm bells. When the phone finally arrived, it was shockingly far from what was advertised. The device was heavily used, covered in major scratches, dents, and even had a bent body. I immediately attempted to contact their customer support, but their responsiveness was nonexistent, leaving me in frustration and disbelief.
Days turned into weeks before I finally managed to get through to their customer service, only to be informed that their replacement policy lasts a mere 7 days. The audacity of suggesting I should have contacted them earlier, given the state of the product they sent me, was beyond comprehension. After thoroughly explaining my situation, they reluctantly agreed to a replacement during a phone call. However, the agony didn’t end there.
They vanished for a staggering 3 months, leaving me in a state of despair. Frustration reached a boiling point, compelling me to compose a formal email to them, detailing my intention to escalate the matter legally. Just as I was preparing to take more serious action, a ray of hope emerged in the form of a call from them. They assured me of the replacement and provided a BlueDart tracking ID for the return of the defective product.
But let me share the twist in this saga: weeks turned into a month, and that defective phone? Never picked up. Upon attempting to track the BlueDart pickup through their website, I stumbled upon the shocking truth – the provided tracking ID was a fake. The replacement they promised was never even initiated.
Yet again, all attempts to contact them hit a brick wall. Seven long months have elapsed since this ordeal began. It’s a chilling reminder of how unscrupulous businesses can play games with customers’ trust and time.
If my experience is any indication, stay far away from this deceitful outfit. Do not be fooled by their YouTube videos or paid reviews. Learn from my mistake and spare yourself from the torment that I’ve endured.
