1. Sony XZ Premium Phone has HD screen instead of 4K screen as mentioned in product details.
2. Claiming its a demo piece, as if Sony manufactured inferior piece for demo purposes.
3. No replacement or reply. Couldn’t reach their warranty partner using provided email.
4. If you have purchased from them then do check your product configuration to that provided by vendor and manufacturer.
5. NO response no replies no refund no replacement offered
6. Ovantica.com’s motto seems to be “Buyers Beware”, once we get your money we don’t care whatever product you have received.
