It’s been a long time since I applied for a pan card on the above mentioned site but they have been excessively slow in updating me about the progress of the same. Whenever I e-mail them to express my grievances, I get an auto generated e-mail and no further progress. Also, no contact no. Is mentioned on the site. I sense fraudulency. My order id is SO-15061531929N
