Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have applied for Pan Card through PanInd and have charged Rs. 499 for the same, whereas as per government policy the charge is only 106 Rs. I called them up and asked for refund, they told me to mail them, to which an automated response was given. Today is the 10th day, I have not got any response nor anyone is picking up my call.
I am person with limited income, hence request you to kindly take action on the same and help me in getting the refund. Such companies is making fool of the people and the way they have constructed their website, seems to be government portal.
