My id number – 15649034677N, i submitted my form through speed post one month ago i have got no pan card yet.. i coled them at their customer service numbet nobody is there to response.. and once when they picked up my col they said your documents are complete they are under process and you will get your pan card within 10 days but i haven’t received it yet… it’s urgent i need it.. is this the way you all work? took 499 fees and have not issued my pan card yet.. please kindly issue me my pan card as soon as its possible else i am going to file a complaint against it…
