CHEATING BY PANIND
I applied for duplicate PAN through online in PANIND.com portal vide reference JA-15556655659LO Dt 19/04/2019..
I remitted payment of Rs 500/= and posted hard copy to their mentioned address vide Speed Post No. EN409131358IN Dt 01/05/2019.which is duly acknowledged by them.

Later, they asked photo copy of my PASSPORT which also E-mailed to [email protected] on 12/05/2019. Yet, they have neither updated the status in “TRACK PAN STATUS” nor processed the application till this hour.
I have reminded them no. times through E-mails in vain.
Also I tried to contact No 8800883920/9205598862 which met with NO RESPONSE.

This created doubt in my mind and requested through E-mail for Refund of Rs 500/- on 13/06/2019, but so far I have not received the same.
Therefore, I request you to do the justice and take action on PANIND for cheating common man especially ladies.
