Hi Team,
I have applied pan card for my mother on March 7th and they have charged Rs.500 from me for the fee and still the pan card is not yet processed. They are just sending one mail if some document is missing instead they could have called to my number for faster process and even the callcenter number can be hardly reached even if it is reached they are very rude. I want to with draw my appliciation and want my refund back.
Due to their delay in procedure I have faced difficulty in completing my mother’s bank work which was very urgent.
They are charging heavily and giving poor servcies and they are looting the customers with the worst customer care support.
It should be only around Rs100 for new pan card but they have taken Rs 500 which is almost 5 times and creating trouble for us by not providing the service.
