I had booked an Elite Floor in Parsvnath Dharuhera project in 2008 and company had taken 35 percent of the money based on construction linked plan. Posession was to be handed over in 2010. However it is almost 13 years and there is no information ,no response by the compnay on delivery or likelihood of either company handing over the possession or returning the money with comounded interest. Mails to the compnay in this regard are not being responded. Beaware of this fraud company and its under construction projects.
