I had purchased 400 sq yrd plot in 2006 in parsvnath sonipat city, for which company had received 50 ℅ payment for plot, since that day there is no communication from companies end and we still waiting for the possession of our plot, neither there is any offer from the company of refunding our money with interest amount.

Sufferer of Parsvnath. Applied for a plot in sonipat in 2004 and paid 50% but no allotment till date. Whenever contacted their representative told us that a case is going on. plot will be allotted shortly. Waiting from last 18 years.
