My father had purchased a land with parsvnath developers in the year 2005 and had paid 50% of the total amount by jan 2006. Parsvnath developers mentioned they would allot the land shortly however, the land has not been allotted even after 12 years.
During the course, my father was detected with cancer and he passed away in 2014. When reached out to parsvnath developers they mentioned that i should get the papers transferred to my name and then they would allot the land. All the paper formalities were completed, but still the land has not been allotted.
Parsvnath developers have even refused refunding the invested amount along with interest.
We have invested out hard earned money and have never been able to get any benefit out of it because of parsvnath developers cheating on us.
Parsvnath developers is the biggest cheat.
