Flat was booked by buyers like us in 2006 after getting assurance from parasvnath that our project will delayed within 36 months delay in the possession and payment stuck is a cause of worry. Payment held up for more than 11 years. Regular follow-ups and complaint with eow has not yielded anything so far. With courts coming harder on builders for default we should get togather and fight it out. Media campaign is a must to get our money with compensation
