I booked flat in 2008 and was told that in 3 years time it will be delivered, but of course that was a verbal assurance. As per agreement builder has to give possession three years after foundation laying. Foundation was laid for my block on 2011 and now it is 2015 so far I don’t see any possibility of possession by this year end, also there was a panalty clause, so if any of you have any info on the subject matter pls email me on [email protected]
