I’m writing to express my displeasure with Parul University’s refund procedure for my admission withdrawal.
The initial admission fee of INR 10,000 that I paid during the application process should be refunded, in my opinion.
I had to cancel my admission from the university before classes started due to unforeseen personal circumstances.
I complied with the university’s withdrawal policies and all necessary withdrawal procedures.
According to university policy, students who withdrew their admission before the start of the academic term would be given a refund of the admission fee.
In my situation, I formally withdrew my admission well before the deadline, making me qualified for a full refund of the admission fee in accordance with your institution’s policies.
Nevertheless, despite meeting all requirements and timely submitting the withdrawal request,
The refund that was promised has not yet arrived. I have made numerous calls and emails to the admissions office in an effort to contact them.
But regrettably, I have not heard back or had the processing of my refund delayed explained.
I’m under a lot of financial stress as a result of the university’s lack of communication and refusal to refund the appropriate amount, and I’m very disappointed in how they handled this situation.
I sincerely request that you look into this situation as soon as possible and start the procedure for refunding the INR 10,000 that is due to me.
I have faith in the university to act right away to address this matter and uphold its dedication to fairness and transparency.
I regret to inform you that if the situation is not resolved right away, I will be forced to look into other options, such as seeking legal counsel, in order to recover the owed money.
I kindly ask for a response to confirm the start of the refund procedure or to offer a reasonable justification for the holdup within the following 15 business days.
