I have booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore on 18th November, 2018 Sunday (Booking ID: BSPT579634434). But the travels have cancelled the bus tickets saying “Due to some technical reasons, the bus is cancelled and the money will be refunded to you. Also they have cancelled the bus from Bangalore to Chennai (Booking ID: BSPT515738463). Till now I haven’t received the money and the travel’s customer care person in Chennai says that the ticket has been refunded from our side and it has not been processed from Paytm (I used Paytm as a medium to book the ticket). So I replied that paytm has refused that there is no refund from travel and I need to check with them only. Moreover this lady started shouting saying its your fault booking through paytm and you haven’t used Parveen travels website for ticket booking.

So, now I’m stuck where my money is and no clear information from Paytm & Travels.These private transports are looting the public money during festival days and they aren’t bothering about refunding the money and other isuues. They used to behave rude with the public irrespective of the situation. I recommend to take necessary action against them to avoid these things in future.
