One of the worst ever travel experience for my mother.travel was from chennai to ramnad, date – 9/9/2016, dep time – 9.15 pm, The time committed for arrival is @ 7.15 am but the vehicle got break down near devakottai @ around 9am and my mother was forced to take a local bus from there. For such a kind of pathetic service they have collected 800 rs. Request to seek adequate action against Parveen for such a lathargic attitude towards customers. If their buses are such in poor condition then why the hell they collect money. request refund for the same.
