Sir ,
I have purchased iphone 7 plus worth 77000rs/-from paytm.com , but I got the product with internal camera defect . As per paytm terms &condition we can replace the product with in 15days of purchase .
And I have logged complaint about the problem on the 2nd day of delivery from that day they are saying please give us 24 hour ,till now it’s been a month and they are still saying please give us 24hour . Please request to help me in sloving this .if any additional information is needed u can ask me
