Dear Paytm
I had ordered a CANON India Canon EOS 750D Kit (EF-S18-55mm IS STM) 24.2 MP DSLR Camera (Black) + Carry Case + 8GB SD Card vide Order No. 1480647589 (11:22 pm , Jan 20 2016) and today at around 1300 hours I have received a brick…yes a UGLY, DIRTY RED COLORED PIECE OF BRICK in the package. I had heard of bricks being delivered, this time experienced it first hand.
My friends had warned me to not buy such a high value product from your website…but I gave my stupid idea of buying from Paytm Paytm a go, and landed straight in this mud.
I am attaching few priceless photo of the package delivered straight to my office in New Delhi.
I talked to your customer care exec/rp and it was a candid talk as she was not at all surprised when I told her that I had received a brick, as she was used to such complaints, and the reply was again…the plain reply was WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 24-48 HOURS.
What a shame.
P.S. The delivery partner of yours Delhivery had attempted a delivery yesterday but failed to find the location. MY OFFICE IS IN THE MOST PRIME LOCATION IN DELHI>>>CONNAUGHT PLACE, BARAKHAMBA ROAD, IN THE SAME COMPOUND AS LALIT HOTEL. stupid dishonest Delhivery.
