My order(placed on 9th Oct, 2015) on peach mode was never delivered to me and even after multiple followups, they failed to deliver on time. Hence, I had no option but to cancel the order and had to request you to refund the amount.
I have called multiple times since then to know about the refund status. However, i get to hear the same monotonous words: “Please wait for a week and you should have the money refunded”. This has been going on for weeks now and I cannot take the pain to call up their ‘irresponsible’ team any more.
Now i want to do a legal complain against them. I m enclosing all the proof i have.
