I ordered two perfumes on 16th of December 2016. They shipped one of the perfume very promptly. But the second perfume was never shipped. I had called and emailed them multiple times. They assured immediate shipment or refund. But this never happened. This is real fraud work. Now they are not responding to calls or emails. Please assist.

We are a well funded organisation and there is no reason to block your 1123 INR
