On the advice of my Friend, I ordered an Item on 8th March, 2018 for someone as a gift. I was spoke with the Owner for Gift Wrapping, and he assuringly told me not to worry about it. I was really glad to order the item from them.

The delivery address was different from the billing address. Therefore, thought I would myself track the courier so that I get to know the item has been delivered and move on to the subsequent plan I had for the person the gift was ordered.

Hence, on 10th March, 2018, I went back to check the website and saw that the order has been shipped. On 13th March, 2018, I tried to call the number given on the website, it was switched off till the next day. Then on 15th March, 2018, I got the call through, and the owner spoke and told me that the Item has been shipped and the will be delivered latest by 19th March 2018. Still I insisted on sharing the courier Airway Bill, and he told me to share the order number through text, which was done so promptly, and replied by the owner with ‘Sure’.

Then on 19th, I checked their website and the order was still showing “Shipped”. I tried to contact the owner again but he never picked my call. The next day, i again tried to call the given number as the order status was still showing shipped. He never answered call. I texted him requesting for sharing the courier airway bill, which he has hitherto not shared.

I wonder what business model he is relying on to for revenue generation if he cant earn loyalty of his customers.

Sad that Indian Business owners lack ethics, and thrive on #CheatingCustomers. #ProjectPerfumery #CheatCustomers and Mostly frauds are originally from #Gujarat. #FraudGujaratis

    Here are real facts from the other side ,

    You did ask for gift wrap – where reply was sir these are delicate products and our packing is neat is good , you would not need gift wrap as anyways in transit the wrap will get dirty , this was gift for your fiancé we did add message

    You ordered before weekend . And I did mention we do not ship on weekends

    The parcel was attempted twice and the person wasn’t aware about the parcel coming .

    Only miss that happened from our part was , the system didn’t generate automated SMS and I wasn’t available to share AWB due to audits.

    Rest, you were a gentlemen on call and very polite .

    You are a customer , so I don’t want to leave personal comment about your bipolar nature
