I Aditya Chamaria have applied for Two plots of 130 sq yd in July 2013. After paying initial installment of 1.5 lacs each. I was allotted one plot of 130 sq yd and second plot was allotted for 200 Sq yd with PLC which was way above than the form filled up. However left with no choice I accepted 200 Sq yd.
I was allotted following plot – A 12 -200 Sq yd and C80 -130 Sq yd.

Till July 2014 I have made following payment
A12 – Rs.760000/-
C80 -Rs486440/-

Even after paying full amount of allotment, till date I have not got even Builder – Buyer Agreement. There has been no progress at site and next installment which was at Commencement of work has not began.

There Website is blocked and landline numbers mentioned are also not reachable.

There is no communication mode with builder and seems they are absconding.
Strick action should be taken against Piyush Group immediately and buyers interest should be protected
