I have purchased a plot in march 2012 in piyush city palwal. It was financed by LIC of india. I am paying emi while being on rent. I am very much helpless, because i have to pay for both sides, emi and rent of my house.
Piyush group committed to handover the plot within 3 years. But it is 5 years gone, nothing. I visited the site but there is zero activity at the ground since last 2 years. I visited the office of the group near ymca fbd, but there is 1 or 2 persons, trying to convince that they will give the possession within 3 months. They can not talk confidentially. But no action till now.
