I booked flat in Piyush rosette in Jan, 2011 with the promise to get flat in 24 months but agreement signed by company in Aug 2011 with 24 months time. Company has received more than 90% payment before Oct 2012 but even after 36 months delay there is no response from company. Further company has charged one lac extra saying that flat size enhanced which against agreement and without my consent. I invested my hard earned money. Now I am help less. Pl help me either return my money or give flat to me.
