They have made us pay upfront before the course which 1550$ , But when we want to stop attending for various reasons and raise a refund request they are not refunding our money since 4 months even though we raised multiple complaints. We have all the proofs of the invoice , chat messages and email conversations.
We are having the right reasons to not continue the course and even they acknowledge it.
The only reason they provide us it is stuck with finance team and they will refund in few days but it never happens.
Ukhan from refunds handling team tried to fool us with false promises and tried to fault us with false issues, since we have recorded info and proofs she has to stop those bad practices.
