I have discontinued the course i had opted for my son since september and had intimated Planet sparks about the discontinuation through the Ticketing system they have .
i had opted for Easy EMI of Rs, 4500 per month and have paid the same starting May 2022 . Even though i have asked for refund for 2 months now , my EMIs are still getting deducted with no response other than backend team is working on it .
I cant stop the payment it will effect my CIBIL scores and i dont see any hope on the refund they said they would give asap .
2 + months is too much in today’s world to give a refund , they seem to be capitalizing on customer’s money leaving them hanging in between . I need help with my refund So far only 28 /165 classes have been conducted
