My kid was enrolled in Planetspark. But after enrolling in a few classes, say three or four, she was forced to take an additional eight. She was not interested in the classes. My child was not interested in the classes, so I asked to stop them.
On the day I said this, no one from Planetspark got in touch with me and only urged me to increase the ticket. I tried it twice, but I received the response that I had to enroll in the classes since they were non-refundable. I also stopped attending the classes; I have not attended a class in the past three weeks, yet they are still deducting money from my account without responding.
Please assist me. They took 8000 at registration and are currently continuing the deduction of 3897 on the fifth of every month.
