Inspite of repeated reminders and escalating to the highest level in the company, PlanetSpark is not refunding the unutilized tution fees which they have taken in advance for online tutoring education package. It is more than 4 months since the refund request was raised but Planet Spark staff is merely employing delay tactics and not refunding the amount due to the consumer.
