PNR not synced with the Airline Database Bengaluru

Its been a 3 days now I booked Spice jet flight ticket for more then 30K using sasatasafar.com, PNR also got generated for my booking, however the same PNR/Ticket#/Booking id is not reflecting on Spicejet Airline database.
phone no mentioned 8929753338 is also switched off and no updates i am getting using their shared email id as well, can someone please look into this mater and help me out. Atleast how to connect with them to get the confirmation or refund back.
