Worst Travel agent Website i found, we Booked tickets on 4th jan, through this website, Flight was Spicejet another the worst airline..I Booked at first , they called and said ticket is not confirm need to Pay 3000, So in total i Pay 18938 for 2 People Mumbai to bangalore through Travelsees airline SPicejet.
On 4th We got Msg from spicejet asual as flight is got cancelled. amount will refund in 7 working days.. we got refund on21st of Jan, only 15000 rest 4000 we didnt get as i called this travel agent, they told taxes we dont refund.
Now my question if i have not taken any services , then why the hell these People are deducting 4000 .. Big scam need to close this company … I have complained in Consumer forum.
Will sue both Both airline and Travel agent( Travelsees
