After few hours they mentioned
Booked rate slot not available, refund is initiated. When checked on other app there was availability even with little lesser rate for the same flight and booked. When provider taking amount in advance for booking refund also should happen immediately. If I cancel myself, you can initiate 24hrs or 48 hrs as you wish, if it’s from your end, amount refund should happen immediately
