I ordered 2 customized cushions through www.printvenue.com on 23rd jan.
First Attempt: after entering the OTP it took me directly to the home page. I could not check if the order went through or not, however the payment was deducted from my account.
Second Attempt : I tried to place the order again through the same debit card the same thing happened, OTP page & then back to the home page without any confirmation of the order going through or not. However the money again got deducted.
No mails or any other confirmation was sent of the 2 orders being approved or not. So, I checked in ”my orders” on website’s home page, the 2 orders showed CANCELLED. So I understood they were not processed. I thought there might be an issue with my debit card & the money will be credited back in my account in 2-3 working days as the orders were showing cancelled & I have not received any e-mail confirmation.
Therefore, I tried The third time with another debit card, this time after entering the OTP it brought me to the page where it confirms the order & immediately I received a mail confirming my order as well which was Order No. – 8836-3388-4864.
yet, on the 28th 2 sets of cushions (4) got delivered & then on 29th 1 more pair got delivered. I checked in my orders it showed the earlier 2 ordered also got delivered.
I spoke to the customer service & also sent mails complaining about the same. They responded that since they were customized items they cannot return them & the money. I discussed the entire above scenario where in the orders wer showing cancelled & no mail was sent. They replied saying it was a technical error & will take care of it in the future but cannot take the extra 4 cushions back & neither return the money.
I only attempted it the third time because the first 2 were showing cancelled.
Kindly look into it as because of their in-assistance I am troubled & also Rs 2000 unnecessary expense is charged.
