I booked an order on printvenue on 13 Mar 18( Order no. 7133-4048-4886) . That is one gift item for my office reception. They gave me dispatch period from 16 Mar to 19 Mar 18.
I called their customer care around 10-12 times, written mail also that please dispatch it i am bound with some function at my office and i had to gift this item on 22 Mar 18. But they are all liars, now i am writing this mail on 22 morning and it is still not dispatched yet. They spoiled my reputation, my time, my money.
I want you to take strict action against them and want compensation from them as the order is of no use for me. Their customer care(Aamir & Khushboo) are full of liars, making fool of me from last 4 days by saying your order will be dispatched in 2-3 hours. Shame on them.
I hope you will resolve it as soon as possible.
