I had purchased a flat in Purva swanlake No : F202 3 years back in kelambakkam chennai, at that time your company had taken Maintenance advance from for Rs 60000 which had to be transferred to the Fkat Owners association, surprisingly the money has not been transferred to the association and the association has charged me regular maintenance.

Kindly refund the money taken in excess and i have been following up Mr Manohar from your chennai Office but i have not got any response.
