Recently i & my sister showed an eoi – expression of interest for newly launch project in bangalore under the brand provident park square in bangalore, but since we did not like any project plan interms of vastu & other additional charges which was shooting the cost beyond expectations, immediately we decided to drop the plan and dropped the email for cancellation of eoi & refund of deposit amount of rupees 1 lakhs.

On further following up post 3 days they said return would be made between 7-15 days as per the company policy since its an public limited company. I was stunned on hearing this since at the time of booking they said if you feel of cancelling it would be refunded within 3 days and also did not understand what it has to do with public company on refunding customers deposit.
Further on follow up post 7 days they said its in process and as its a card payment iy would take 15 days so asked to wait another 7 days.
On further follow up post 15 days, the representative told its 15 business days and calendar days, so please wait it would be refunded in another 4- days.
Further on following up of 20 days they said, since big company refund procedures are complicated and its o hold at approval stage will be done in 2 days and collect the cheque from us which would be issued in eoi name but they did not update anything on issue of cheque for a week again.
On further follow up post 28 days they asked its done you would be getting in another 2 days and first apologized for delay.
Further on follow up of 31st day, they said can we have account details so that we could refund via internet transfer, today is 33rd day yet i cannot hear from purvankara and the representative (- noor-al – huma) is not picking up the call and neither marketing team nawaz from planet properties.
One thing is best i did not book an flat else my entire funds would have been blocked. Let me know how & when i would be getting my deposit refunded.
