Sir good morning sir/madam
my self supriti sahoo balasore dist, orissa have booked a smart phone through bikri.in money gateway was razorpay.com the amount was 3300 reupees on 26 Aug 2016 through net banking sbi after got the amount razorpay acknowledge that successfully they got the amount but after few days bikri.in cancel and informed me that razorpay will return the whole amount same mail also i got from rezorpay.com agreed to return within 5-7 days the amount but today 23 days they did not return when i am communicating no information please help me as im staying remote place

Our settlement is put on hold for last 15 days now. There is no response from the customer care.
We chat on their customer care everyday but still nothing has happened. Our 7.51 lakh is stuck in razorpay.com.
Reading customer experience on Facebook gives an idea how unprofessional they are and involved in fraudulent activities. They are cheaters. Please be careful.
