Sir I have to inform you that I have booked my ticket for Indore to sager on date 29th July 2020..and I booked ticket in Rahul travels and while I was booking I checked all safety instructions due to covid 19.. but when I was on boarding point they sent wrong bus for travel the bus operator name is ambey travels..and as I booked my ticket in Rahul travels by seeing all safety measures but there is no safety in bus and also bus staff doesn’t wear any mask and there is nothing for sanatize for passenger s and they also don’t tell that when bus will reach at desired location.. they are cheating with passengers.
