This is Rajesh, I have booked a ticket on Sept 14, 2016 from Madurai to Bangalore. Because of Karnataka – Cauveri strike, Redbus informed that bus cancelled. But still i didnt receieved from my refund amount. Im sending email for that, they replied that someone will contact you shortly, but still no one is responding for that. It’s a cheating travels.
Please dont use Redbus. Please find some more better than that. Fraud Travels
