Hi, My name is Obaid shareef and I enrolled for the membership with Reliance Hub Services on April 2019. We haven’t used any services and I had also requested for the refund since a month first they said they will refund ones they talked to manager after no answer call no reply after I send an Email that I will go to UAE law they are telling it’s cant cancel because it’s nonrefundable packages etc..
But During the time of enrollment in Dubai for this package the staff accepted that they would cancel the membership and refund the money. But since then no proper response from the team, all of them said I will talk to my manager he’s name Pradeep, I ask number he give and he said he will talk to he’s manager name mahmood and he said he will talk to he’s manager, all of them makes round and round and the final they will tell u that ur package is nonrefundable…
I’m going to complain in UAE law and consumer DED of UAE…

don’t waste ur time just go to the consumer and police along with all review…
