My name is Md Sahab. I have get a reliance jio sim on 23 August 2016 under Reliance Jio Preview offer on my samsung glaxy j5 2016. My sim is not processed and activated. I have not get any information from the sim distributor. They are not giving to any answer. I have a very bad experience at reliance store. I have submitted my aadhar card w along with photo at reliance store MANAGALAM TOWERS, SHOP NO. UGF-4, GROUND FLOOR, SHOP NO FF 3, 4, 13 AND 14, FIRST FLOOR, TAGORE TOWN, GORAKHPUR, UTTAR PRADESH 273001. MY jio no. 7007442107. My alternate no. is 8604023706. Plz look the matter and activate my sim as soon as possible
