I have get a reliance jio sim on 24 August 2016 under Reliance Jio Preview offer on my samsung galaxy on 5. My sim is not processed and activated. I have even received message of verification.But when I dialed no. for verification. They said your aadhar no. was wrong. When I went to Jio store then they are not giving to any answer. I have a very bad experience at reliance store. I have submitted my aadhar card w along with photo at reliance store. MY Jio no. 7009714627. My alternate no. is 9888457952. Plz look the matter and activate my sim as soon as possible
