I got a reliance jio sim on 05/09/2016, saharpur dahanbad, jharkhand.I submitted my mother’svoter id card as an identity proof. He said that it will take 3-4 days to activate the sim. But now I have been waiting for more than 15 days and still i don’t see any sign of activation.I haven’t even got even message from them. I have also tried to reach the customer care many times but that is of no use. I went to the store many times but they don’t have any clue where my form is, They simply say It must be in data pending. I tried to call the customer but it not connected.
