Hi I complained on sunday morning about JIO Network problem, i am living in Sector 120 Noida, they told me they will resolve problem within 48 hr, they call me just know or told me just upgrade FOTA app in ur mobile and ur problem will solve, and telling i am closing ur request, i told him there isn’t this kind of app is in IPhone 6 and don’t close my complain, without listening they cut my call and closed my complaint, that was already happed 2-3 times. Again and again same thing JIO customer care repaating to make fool of there customers…
