Hi,

I have suffered a lot to get a jio sim. I have visited Ecity Reliance digital store more than 10times in past month but they are changing the rules for getting a sim again and again.
I visited on sept 3rd they wrote my name and number and said we will call and then you have to come to get the sim. When i didn’t get the call i visited two times and they said wait for the call and on 13th sept when i visited store there was different scenario they were giving sim to only those who have karnataka adhaar card. Outside people they aren’t giving and also there was no line nothing. Simply people were standing and they were giving the sim. If you can’t give the sim then from first only tell us. So that we won’t suffer. Whats the rule ? Is there any rule that if I don’t have local adhaar card means i won’t get the sim ???
