I purchased the Reliance Jio’s WiFi hot-spot device (what is known as JioFi) along with Jio SIM card on 1-Oct’16 (for INR 2000).
On the day of purchase, the Store manager said that SIM will be activated and I will be able to access internet within one day. He said I will get an SMS within a day about the activation of internet-service.
I still have not received any such SMS.
Neither I could access any network when I inserted the SIM onto the Hot-spot device.
To get a resolution, I have tried many times to reach Reliance Jio Toll-free number. No customer support personnel is accessible through the Toll-free number.
The store manager also does not respond as to why the internet access has still not been provided.
I am registering complaint here for the above issues.
