I applied for the reliance jio sim i got coupon code and when so went to reliance digital store at my place they said that coupon code is already redeemed and i personally not given the coupon code to any one and i asked what the problem is they said they don’t know and they don’t even care i asked its your job to answer us hland he said they are getting paid tois to sell electronic not for distributing sims and suggested me very gently to contact costumar care its happed last week since then i contacting jio costumar care but they not responding i tried through phone, email and twitter surprisingly in twitter every complaint been answered besides this coupon redeemed complaints i just want to know is some one taken sim on my coupon code or its problem with boo service
the jio services are not to customers but just to advertising in market. otherwise they should solve the redeem code problems
Same problem here as well. Store people suggested me to try on another phone. Only option I had was my wife’s iPhone but the enrollment process was not so straight forward and no one knows how to. I’m stuck.
Am still wondering how could a code get expired overnight !!! Hate Reliance for making me stand for 2hrs and made me realize this fact.
Totally agree with Manoj point , no one has the rights to use someone else confidential information. JIO has to clear all this.

Sir, I have Moto G4 Plus phone,
I gave Barcode and Aadhar ID to the retailer but the retailer told to me
that my bar code is already redeemed which is impossible, I didn’t use it
before, i didn’t give the barcode to anyone.
Please block the sim if somebody hacked my barcode and send me a new
barcode. please sort out this issue soon and contact me as soon as possible.

Today I also faced the same problem. But the guy at store noted my bard code number and my mobile no. and assured me to wait for 4 days. after that i may receive SMS with new Bar code or revalidated same bar code.
Hi, I am from Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. First of all this pathetic JIO app didn’t generate code for me. I had to uninstall it and installed the older version. Somehow with some tutorials and after spending 1-2 hours I could generate the coupon code with some tricks. But it didn’t allow me to verify AADHAR no.
I took a Xerox of my AADHAR card and the generated coupon and stayed in queue for an hour. after my thumb scan and AADHAR card submission they gave me shock of my life that MY COUPON IS ALREADY REDDEMED. How the hell it is possible? I didn’t share my COUPON nor my IMEI no. The person that attended me didn’t seem to have a proper explanation over this issue. They even don’t care the customer.
This smells a scam of black marketing being done by internal staff of JIO. No out sider can access their system. The unlinked coupon may be sold on black market. Or some big flaw in their algorithm. Whoever developed it, seems half coocked software.
Whatever the problem is but I can not let anyone to use my IMEI no. This is wrong. This is illegal. If needed I will sue JIO for not securing my personal information (IMEI). I will raise this issue in all the consumer forums, mouthshut, social media and will also post on my blog.
I agree with u boss, Mr Ambani is making us fools by wasting our precious time..
Shows Coupon already redeemed even when i never used it
It is very sad that a huge company couldn’t try to solve this problems.
My mobile is very new and generated a code by downloading MyJio and some apps .
I got a code and went to Reliance Digital Store in Vijayawada, they took a finger scan and my Aadhar Number and scanned the coupon bar code and then told my coupon is redeemed .
Reliance says that a Coupon Code generates once per one unique IMEI of phone .
But how come my coupon code with my IMEI number is redeemed already .
They have to answer for all our problems .
This is really unfair. Hope they will resolve these issues.

I have also faced the same problem . I went to reliance store the same day when I got my new mobile , but to my disappointment the coupon code was already redeemed.

I faced the same issue and have decided to never buy a jio sim.
After standing in queue for 4 hours in reliance store.. I got message that coupon is redeemed already.. And its very bad that there is no option to regenerate coupon code from the same device

I also got the coupon code & go to store for sim but the same problem for me too my coupon code is already redeemed. Also contact to customer care but no response yet.
I am also facing same issue and i saw many people in jio store who were facing exactly same issue. It seems like some hacker guys are using our code to get frer sim.
