I gave my documents for Jio SIM on 5th September (Monday) and got the Jio SIM on Saturday, but still there is no network in my SIM.

I visited Reliance Store, the local dealer from which I bought the SIM, I complained at Complain Number of Jio and also wrote at [email protected].

But there is no positive response, they are harassing too much, I got frustrated.
Please solve the problem and don’t spoil the name of new brand (“Jio”).
